mmmm accordinng to my cheat guide.. he has to use the 2 headed elephant zombie's far right ear drum to access the basement where he gets the bulldozer that plows the back yard so he can get the herb that he mixes with the fountain water that creates a mist on the walls that spells out USE THE YELLOW KEY.

You might want to try the shotgun again
